NOTE 1 : The above parts for a Optima Hybrid SULEV vehicle, certified as a Parial Zero-Emission Vehicle(PZEV) only, are warranted for 15 years

or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first, with the exception of Pennsylvania and Washington.

NOTE 2 : Specific Hybrid System parts designated by "10/150" are warranted for 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first, with the

exception of Pennsylvania and Washington.

NOTE 3 : Specific emission parts covered up to 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, in Pennsylvania and Washington.
NOTE 4 : Parts designated by "8/80" are warranted for 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever occurs first, in Pennsylvania and Washington.
NOTE 5 : Parts designated by "7/70" are warranted for 7 years or 70,000 miles, whichever occurs first, in Pennsylvania and Washington.
