been designed to include the signature of your Authorized
Kia Dealer representative or other repair establishment
representative. This signed form is evidence of
completion of maintenance services and should be kept
with the receipts, repair orders and invoices in the glove
box. All records should be given to any subsequent owner
of the Kia Vehicle. Claims made during the warranty
term will not qualify under the warranty if resulting from
lack of maintenance rather than from defective material or
workmanship
