This command configures the instrument for
AC voltage measurements. The default range
(autorange) and resolution (5½ digits) are used.

MEAS:PWID?

This command configures the instrument for
pulse width measurements via the current
path, triggers the instrument to take a reading,
and then transfers the reading to the
instrument output buffer. The range and
resolution follows the configuration of the AC
current function.
