The analog bandwidth depends on the digitizer, the option (-Fxx) and interleaving
mode (see product datasheet for details).
Maximum span depends also on the digitizer sampling rate.

Main Time Length: Standard VSA parameter. Can be configured by user.
Maximum value depends on the memory option of your module.
When using a M9710A with memory option -M80, note that the maximum
number of sample is limited to 2'147'483'647.
Center Frequency Range: The range depends on which model you are
using:
