1. Using InfiniiMax III Series Probes

SPICE Models for N5440A, N5447A, N5441A, N5445A, and N5444A Probe Heads

SPICE Models for N5440A, N5447A, N5441A, N5445A, and

N5444A Probe Heads

These are SPICE models for the input impedances of the various InfiniiMax

III probes. Generic SPICE sub-circuit files are listed so they can be copied

and pasted into user’s SPICE simulations.

Chapter 6

, “Performance Plots” shows the matching between the

measured input impedance and these modeled input impedances for the

various probe heads.
