Volume Control
An analog audio volume control feature for the left and right analog stereo audio is provided for the
YPbPr mode (RGBHV video mode does not support analog audio due to connector limitations).
The IR remote control provided with the KD-MSW4x2Pro has two volume control buttons.
Listed below are the remote control functions that support audio volume control for Output 1.
The same IR functions apply to control the Output 2 volume control, using the ‘output 2’ button.
Adjust output 1 L&R analog audio volume:
Increase the volume:
Press IR ‘output 1’
‡
up arrow button
Decrease the volume:
Press IR ‘output 1’
‡

Fat Boy Expansion (if applicable)
Fat Boy expansions have multiple KD-MSW4x2Pro pre-wired from the factory, and each unit in the
expansion is individually addressable (the KD-MSW4x2Pro can also be used as a “stand-alone”
4-to-2 HDTV Matrix Switcher, as described above). For now, IR remote control operation for Fat Boy
expansion with multiple KD-MSW4x2Pro units is described.
Configuring a particular unit with the desired input and output combination requires the following
successive steps:
Addressing desired unit:
Press numerical digits 1 to 8 (9 is the default address of the stand alone / base unit and does
not require selection)
Addressing desired output:
Press buttons ‘output 1’ or ‘output 2’
Addressing desired Input:
Press numerical digits 1 to 4
For example, to control a unit assigned as address 3,
press the sequence: “3
