Transport of the machine
Usually, the machine is transported together with the required host vehicle.
NOTE
Material damage due to improper handling!
Improper handling of the machine can lead to damages.
•
Do not tilt the machine or rotate it around the horizontal axes.
•
Vehicles, auxiliary aids and lifting tackle must be suitable for the weight of
the transported units.
•
The driver must be authorised to drive the vehicle.
Protective equipment

Protective clothing
•
Protective gloves
•
Safety shoes
The following items must be observed when the machine /host vehicle is
transported:
•
Loading, unloading and transport take place using the appropriate transport
vehicles and trailers approved for the public transport.
•
The transport vehicles must be suitable for the transport weight and the
dimensions of the combination of machine/host vehicle to be transported.
•
Fasten the machine and the host vehicle on the anchor points marked
accordingly.
•
Use sufficiently dimensioned lifting tackle / lashing means.
•
The lifting tackle / lashing means may not be damaged.
•
For transport, only use functional vehicles and auxiliary aids or lifting tackle /
lashing means in safety-related good order and condition and with sufficient
load capacity.
•
Do not stack the individual transport units on top of each other!

Risk to life or risk of injury due to incorrect transport of machine!
Improper transport of the machine can cause risk to life or risk of injury, as well as risk of
material damages to the machine or system!
•
Only secure the machine
for transport at the provided anchor points.
•
Consider the towing capacity of the towing vehicle
and the permissible gross
load weight of the trailer.
•
The access ramps must be secured against sliding away.
•
The access ramps must have a sufficient load capacity.
