REQUIREMENTS BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE SERVER:
If the oven does not working:
The oven may be disconnected form the mains; the power breakdown may occur. In models equipped with
timer function the current time must be adjusted.
If the oven does not pre-heats:
The temperature knob can be setted in wrong position.
If the internal oven illumination does not start:
Check the power supply. Check if the lightbulbs are not damaged. If lightbulbs are damaged, replace then
accordingly with given instructions.
Meals heating (if upper and bottom layer of meal is not evenly heated):
Check with the manual, the recommended tray location, cooking time and temperature.
After checking above indication, the device is still not working properly, report the malfunction to
authorized service centre.
INFORMATION REGARDING OVEN TRANSPORTATION
If you have to transport this device:
Keep the original product packaging and conduct the transportation with it. Follow the indication given on the
packaging. Secure the top of the cooker: burners, caps and grates, tape it to the cooker hob. Place the paper
between the cooker hob and the cover, and tape it to the cooker sides. To the internal part of the oven’s door
tape the piece of paper or carton to avoid damaging the glass door during transportation in result of grill rack
and trays movements. The oven’s door should be taped to the cooker sides.
If you do not have the original packaging:
Use appriopriate protection items (for glass nad enameled surfaces) to aviod possible impacts.
