• Separate the tank from the compressed air line on the compressor.
• Release pressure completely by opening the exhaust ball valve (E).
• Close the removal ball valve (I).
• Unscrew the funnel (D1), sieve (C) and cleaning cap (J).
• After use, empty the device completely. Never store the spray medium used in the device.
• Thoroughly rinse the tank, lances and nozzles with water
• Unscrew the sprayer handle (L) and thoroughly rinse the sieve and other parts in water.
9. Care, maintenance and storage
IMPORTANT!
Comply with national regulations applicable at the place of operation in relation to workplace safety and the applicable national regulations
governing the operation of the device.
• After use, empty the device completely. Never store the spray medium used in the device.
• For cleaning, disconnect the compressed air connection and release the pressure completely via the exhaust ball valve (E).
• Wash the device, funnel with sieve and sealing ball, spray lance fitting and nozzles with suitable agents and then rinse with clean water. Do
not use hot water (TS: max. +50°C).
• Periodically check and clean wear parts such as nozzles, filters and seals.
• Leave the device open to dry.
• Important: The thread and the flat gasket of the funnel must be checked regularly for damage and then greased with silicone grease.
• The safety valve (G) must be checked regularly. Inspection intervals must be defined by the system operator taking into account the operating
conditions, although the manufacturer recommends that inspections be carried out at least every six months.
• Repairs to this device must only be carried out by service centres. Spare parts should be ordered from your specialist dealer.
• Only use original KERBL replacement and accessory articles for the device.
• Never use worn, modified or faulty replacement or accessory parts for the device.
• It is forbidden to carry out repair work (e.g. welding, soldering, etc.) on the tank.
