Medium Notes
Diluted whitewash
(calcium hydroxide solution)
Recommended nozzle:
• Round jet nozzle diam. 1.5 mm (included in scope of delivery).
• Flat jet nozzle 0.6 mm (included in scope of delivery).
Recommended application pressure: 2-3 bar (depending on the viscosity of the fluid)
Notes on use:
• Only apply whitewash to dry masonry.
This improves adhesion.
• Do not apply whitewash in direct sunlight.
Whitewash dries out too quickly and adhesion is reduced.

3. Misuse
3.1 Foreseeable misuse
The device is not suitable for:
• Explosive, highly flammable or combustible liquids with a flash point of below +60 °C.
• Oxidising and toxic media.
• Sodium / potassium hydroxide (alkali hydroxide), formic / acetic / hydrochloric / sulphuric / hydrofluoric / nitric acid, ammonia, chlorine,
peroxide and other corrosive media.
• Media containing solvents
• Fuels
• Wetting agents (tensides) that cause or encourage crack formation on the plastics used.
• Viscous, sticky or residue-forming fluids that cannot be removed or rinsed fully out of the device.
• The spraying of pesticides and plant protection products.
• Use in the food sector.
3.2 Conversions or modifications
Unauthorised modifications to the device or improper use exclude any liability of the manufacturer for any resulting damage.
