means of the FPU through the RS-232C
port.

mode Use to read and write frequency data and
other features to and from the repeater.
PC test mode
Use to check the repeater using the PC.
This feature is included in the FPU.
Firmware program-
ming mode Use when changing the fi rmware program
of the fl ash memory.
2. How to Enter Each Mode
Mode Operation
User mode Power on.
PC mode Received commands from PC.
Firmware programming mode Received commands from PC.
3. PC Mode
3-1. Preface
The NXR-800H repeater is programmed by using a per-
sonal computer, programming interface and KPG-109D(C)
software.
3-2. Connection Procedure
1. Connect the NXR-800H to the personal computer with
the interface cable.
2. When power is applied, the user mode is entered imme-
diately. When the PC sends a command, the repeater en-
ters the PC mode and displays “PC” on the 17-segment
LED. When data is being transmitted to the PC from
the repeater, the TX LED fl ashes. The BUSY LED fl ashes
when data from the PC is being received by the repeater.
Note:
• The data stored in the personal computer must match the
model type, when it is written into the fl ash memory.
• Change the NXR-800H to PC mode, then attach the RS-
232C Cross-wired cable.

3. PC 模式
3-1. 前言
NXR-800H 中继台通过个人电脑、编程接口和 KPG-109D(C)
软件进行编程。
3-2. 连接操作
1. 用接口电缆将 NXR-800H 连接到个人电脑。
2. 接通电源时，即可进入用户模式。P C 发出指令时，中继台
进入 P C 模式并在 17 段 L E D 上显示“P C” 。当数据从中继
台传送到 P C 时，T X L E D 闪烁。中继台接收 P C 的数据时，
BUSY LED 闪烁。
注意 ：
· 个人电脑储存的数据写入闪存时，必须与机型相符。
• 将 NXR-800H 改为 PC 模式，然后连接 RS-232C 交叉电缆。
