4 Place the food to be mixed into the
bowl, and then place the bowl onto
the mixer stand.
5 Press the release/locking button and
at the same time lower the mixer.
6 Plug the mixer into the power supply.
7 Operate the mixer by moving the 5
speed control switch to the
appropriate mixing speed. As you
push the button forward, the speed
will increase (the speeds are
indicated by markings adjacent to
the
▼
▼
).
●
Remember as you increase the
speed you automatically increase the
power. As the mixture becomes
heavier, increase the power by
turning to a higher speed. If the
machine starts to labour on a low
speed turn to a higher speed.
●
On some occasions depending upon
the quantity and consistency of the
mixture in the bowl, some assistance
may be required to help the bowl
revolve. Generally the bowl will
rotate clockwise, but certain
mixtures may cause an anticlockwise
rotation.
●
It is important to note that when
using the mixer on the stand, it will
be necessary to scrape down the
sides and across the bottom of the
bowl at regular intervals to assist
with the mixing operation.
8 After use switch off and disconnect
the mixer from the power supply.
9 To eject the beater/kneaders push in
the release/locking button and raise
the mixer upwards. Hold the
beater/kneader shafts whilst
pressing the eject button.
Note: If you wish to mix larger
quantities and heavier mixes it is
recommended that the mixer be
removed from the stand and held in
a suitably sized container.
