The daily cleaning instructions detailed in this section are to be carried out at the end of each
working day.
1.
Switch off and disconnect the electrical
supply to the machine.
2.
Remove the milk cooler lid.
3.
Remove the milk tube and lift out the milk
container. Throw away the remaining
milk.
4.
Wash the milk container with hot water
and soap, and remove any organic residue.
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft dry
cloth.
5.
Clean the lid and internal surfaces of the
machine with hot water and soap, and remove any organic residue. Rinse thoroughly and
dry with a soft dry cloth. Do not use abrasive substances.
6.
Refit the milk container, milk tube and milk cooler lid.
