Cleaning the Milk Circuit
The milk circuit is cleaned using an automatic cleaning cycle after which the cappuccino system
is dismantled and cleaned by hand. This procedure is to be carried out at the end of each day or
when requested by the machine. A “wash milk circuit” message will appear in the display
window and an audible warning will be heard.
The message will be displayed for approximately 10 seconds and repeated every 10 minutes
until the operation is performed.
To clean the milk circuit:
1.
Dilute 2 level scoops of Bioguard Milk Cleaner (using 10 ml measuring spoon supplied) in
a container with 800 ml of clean cold water.
2.
Remove the milk tube from the milk cooler and
immerse it in the milk cleaner solution.
3.
Lift the display panel and press the milk circuit wash key.
4.
The milk cleaner will be sucked up automatically and flow
out of the cappuccino system spout.
5.
Once the wash cycle has completed remove the cappuccino system cover.
WARNING:
THE CAPPUCCINO SYSTEM COMPONENTS WILL BE HOT.
