Rotate and remove the top jet.
7.
Disassemble the cappuccino system as follows:
-
Remove the coffee tube connector located
on the back of the cappuccino system.

Rotate the cappuccino system 90
o
anticlockwise.
-
Gently pull downwards and remove.
-
Unscrew the ring nut and disassemble the
five parts.
-
Prepare a new dose of Bioguard Milk
Cleaner (as previous) and immerse the
cappuccino system parts therein (including
the top jet).
-
Wash each part with a sanitised cloth and
remove all organic residue, then re-immerse
the cappuccino system in the solution.
-
Wash the holes of each individual part with
the brush provided with the cappuccino
system.
-
Reassemble the parts ensuring that guides
‘A’ and ‘B’ are aligned with pin ‘C’.
-
Refit the cappuccino system to the machine,
refit the coffee tube, insert the top jet,
ensuring the groove in the top jet is aligned
as shown, and replace the cover.

Fill the milk container with 1 litre of cold water and insert the milk tube.
9.
Press the milk circuit wash key. The water will be sucked up automatically and flow out of
the cappuccino system spouts to rinse the milk circuit.
10.
When the wash cycle has stopped, empty, rinse and replace the milk container, ready for
refilling with fresh milk.
