OPERATION MANUAL
HOW TO USE THE AIR250 SEATED LEG CURL
1. Pull the Seat Back forward, or lift the lever to move backward, so your knees align with the machine pivot point.
2.
Adjust the Leg Cushion to fit above your heel; turn the Locking Pin counter-clockwise to loosen, counter-clockwise to
set the position.
3.
Pull the Spring Pin to release the Thigh Cushion. Push the Thigh Cushion down so that it fits snugly against your thighs.
4. Adjust the resistance with the Thumb Buttons.
5. Upon completion, push down on the Thigh Cushion, pull the Spring Pin, and return the Thigh Cushion to the original position.

CAUTION
•

Proper warm-up required to help prevent serious injury.

Always maintain good form and control during exercise.

If you feel pain, faintness, or are unable to maintain
good form, stop immediately.
•
Use caution when increasing/decreasing resistance
during exercise.
•
Never make adjustments to the machine during
exercise. Failure to do so could result in serious injury.
CONCENTRIC PHASE (DOWNWARD MOVEMENT)
•
Bend at the knees as you curl your legs down toward
your thighs.
•
Keep your body stationary and your back supported
by the Seat Back.
ECCENTRIC PHASE (UPWARD MOVEMENT)
•
Return the Exercise Arm to the start position in a smooth,
controlled manner (slower speed recommended).
•
Maintain control of the load; keep the Exercise Arm
off the stops throughout the exercise.
BREATHING
•
Exhale during the concentric phase (downward movement).
•
Inhale during the eccentric phase (upward movement).
TRAINING TIPS
•
Maintain the natural curvature of your spine.
•
Avoid rocking your body to create momentum when
moving heavy loads.
•
Hold the Handgrips for stability during movement.
