HOW TO USE THE ROM LIMITER
Set the START position:
1. Hold the Exercise Arm with one hand, and with your
other hand pull and hold the Plunger Knob to disengage.
2. Move the Exercise Arm to the desired starting position.
3. Release the Plunger Knob to lock the Exercise Arm
into position.

Set the STOP position:
1. Remove the Lock Knob (turn counter-clockwise).
2. Move the Lock Knob to the desired stop position.
3. Tighten the Lock Knob (turn clockwise) until snug.
