Bit0 : = 1: Switches automatically into the synchronous-mode, if the Powerlink
(FPGA) changes into state operational.
= 0 : No activation of the synchronous-mode possible.

Meaning: Displays the cycle time the PDIN data are read by the FI, in order to transmit the data to
Powerlink. This parameter adjustment has no effect in the synchronous mode. In synchronnous
mode the PDIN data are read once by the FI with each SoC cycle.
