7. Training instructions
Sensible, effective and at the same time balanced
training methods are also becoming more and more
important in the areas of fitness and sport. Your

7.1 Basics
The so-called stretch reflex is a natural mechanism
of the human body. If muscles are stretched within a
short time, they contract together again immediately
afterwards. This reflex cannot be controlled deliber-

There are three different training programs available
to you which are optimised for three different training
