Close the bed
5.9 Exhaust air system
With each tube replacement, check the connecting hoses
visually. Defective hoses have to be exchanged.

A clean and trouble-free exhaust air system prevents the
apparatus from overheating.

5.10 Air-conditioning unit and condensate pump
Checks
Check the heat exchangers of the air-conditioning unit for dirt
particles each time a tube is replaced. Dirty heat exchangers
reduce the performance of the air-conditioning unit.
Open the bed (Section 5.8) and vacuum-clean the heat
exchangers, if necessary.

1 To close the bed, push it down.
2 Turn the key in the middle of the lower front cover
clockwise as far as possible. The bed is drawn to the
base part and is bolted
fi rmly again.

1 Open the bed (see Section 5.8) and regularly check
the following items:
2 The air hose of the air-conditioning unit must not have
any kinks and must be able to blow the air off freely.
3 The fi lter mats must be clean.
4 The maximum hose length of 6 m must not be
exceeded, unless there is an additional ventilator.
5 An adequate ventilation and air extraction in the studio
must always be guaranteed.
