Malfunction Cause Remedy
OPEN DOOR The door was not opened at the end
of the program sequence.
▶ Open the door.
Started with door not closed proper‐
ly or open.
▶ Close the door properly.
DRY FAIL Items removed prior to the end of
the drying program. The items have
been sterilised but have not dried
completely.
▶ Press the Start/Stop button
ADD H2O No more water in fresh water tank.
(This message will appear prior to
the start of the program.)
▶ Add more distilled water.
FULL H2O The used water tank is full. (This
message will appear prior to the
start of the program.)
▶ Empty tank (maintenance may
be required).
MANU STOP The program has been interrupted
by means of manual intervention.
Sterilisation has not been comple‐
ted.
▶ If there is moisture inside the
chamber, dry the chamber and
repeat the program.
BLAC OUT Blackout during process. ▶ Check the mains plug.
▶ If there is moisture inside the
chamber, dry the chamber and
repeat the program.
NEED CLEANING 60 cycles without intermediate clea‐
ning.
▶ Run a cleaning cycle.
NEED SERVICE Maintenance must be carried out af‐
ter a year or 2000 cycles.
▶ Have the unit serviced by a qua‐
lified engineer.
The message will disappear at the
start of a cycle and reappear the
next time the unit is switched on.
NEED INST ▶ Run installation.
TEST FAIL Vacuum test failed. ▶ Clean the door seal and repeat
the test.
▶ Contact customer service.
The doors do not open "OFF" is not shown on the display. ▶ Press the Start/Stop button.
"OFF" is shown on the display. ▶ Turn on the unit, Press the
Power button, and wait until the
self-test is over.
The locking lever is horizontal. ▶ Pull firmly on the doors.
The lever cannot be moved. ▶ Turn the lever all the way to the
right, and then turn it to a hori‐
zontal position.
Sterilisation is over, and the green
"Ready" LED shines.
▶ Press the Start/Stop button, and
then move the lever into a hori‐
zontal position.
