8 Troubleshooting

8.4 Class B error messages

The error messages listed in the table below are only relevant for the Sterilize1,

Sterilize 2, Special S1, Special S2 and Special S3 programs.

Malfunction

Cause

Remedy

Error code 18 during drying

Drying phase interrupted.

▶ Allow the instruments to dry.

Error code 31 during drying

Low air pressure is not sufficient.

▶ Avoid excess loads.
