First use
▶ Check that the rated voltage and rated frequency match the rating plate.
▶ Check if the voltage selection switch is set to the national voltage.

Check the filter bag of the SMARTair plus
Note
The unit may be only used when the filter bag is inserted. only original filter bags
may be used.
Note
Do not damage the filter bag.
▶ Pull out the SMARTair plus from the frame ① until the stop , and remove the
cover ②.
▶ Check to see if the filter bag ③ is firmly seated.
The filter bag with the cardboard frame ④ must be shoved onto the filter con‐
nector ⑤.
▶ Attach the cover ②, and push the SMARTair plus all the way into the frame ①.
