4.4 Assembly of the KaVoLUX 540 LED T

4.4.1 ESTETICA E30

 WARNING

Electrical power.

Death or injury from electric shock.

Before servicing, pull the mains plug out of the socket or completely discon-
nect the device from the power to de-energise it!

After conversion, check the electrical safety according to DIN EN 62353
[IEC 62353].

Install the mounting pole

The patient chair must be moved downwards to install the operating light.

Press button "left" and "right" on the foot control simultaneously and press
down the cross switch to move the patient chair downwards.

If the fastening screws 

 penetrate the mount, lift the cover 

 and turn

the screws back.

Pick up the insertion tool 

 at the receiver tube and push through the lamp

mounting pole 

.

Insert the lamp mounting pole 

 into the receiver tube as far as it will go.

Align the lamp mounting pole so that the mounting hole 

 is pointing in the

12 o'clock direction (to the head end).

Fasten the lamp mounting pole with three fastening screws 

.

Tighten the PE screw 

.
