8 Service mode KaVoLUX 540 LED

8.1 Service mode KaVoLUX 540 LED U (unit)

Note

With the KaVoLUX 540 LED U the firmware version of the LED operating light can
be displayed in the service mode of the relevant treatment centre.

8.2 Service mode KaVoLUX 540 LED T (Touchpad)

Note

Service mode for the KaVoLUX 540 LED T is available only from software version
1.1.5 for the KaVoLUX 540 LED T operating light.

Starting the service mode on the KaVoLUX 540 LED T

Control panel KaVoLUX 540 LED T

① "Treatment lamp" key

② "Treatment lamp dimming" key

③ "Mode/ colour temperature" button

▶ Press and hold down the „operating light“ button ① and the mode/colour temper-

ature“ button ③ and switch on the supply voltage. Keep the buttons pressed down
until the operating light shines green.

Note

When the service mode is activated, the LED V14 on the PCBA control operating
light flashes permanently.

Displaying the firmware version

Note

The firmware version is displayed by means of the operating light flashing in differ-
ent colours.

After the service mode has started, all lighting units shine green for ca. four seconds.
The firmware version is subsequently displayed independently by means of a blink
code.
