6 Cleaning and servicing

KaVo recommends to use original KaVo parts

®

 for operation and repair only, since

their safety, function, and specific suitability have been tested in extensive tests.

6.1 Cleaning

To clean a soiled extractor unit, rub or wipe down its outer casing using a damp cloth.

6.2 Maintenance

6.2.1 Replacing the refuse bag

Disassembly

▶ Remove front panel ①.

▶ Pull out the stainless steel slide ② from beneath the base of the dust container.

▶ Press the locking tension lever ② downwards.

▶ Insert stainless steel slide ① above the dust container in the “upper parking posi‐

tion“ in the groove provided (must be flush against the seal).

▶ Remove dust container① and seal waste bag② with cable tie and throw away.
