6 Operation
You can operate the exhaust hood manually or automatically.
If additional equipment is installed, the exhaust hood can also be controlled exter‐
nally.
For automatic operation, you need to set on and off times.
During automatic operation, you can manually change the mode.
The mode is selected using the fan switch, and the suction is selected with the
suction controller.

Note
If an external control is installed, it can only be used when the fan switch
is in position "0".

The three-level suction can be changed at any time.
6.1 Manual operation
▶ Push the fan switch upward to position "1".
▶ Set the suction controller to the desired level.
▶ To start suction, push the power switch upward to position "I".
The green control light shines.
▶ To stop suction, push the power switch down.
6.2 Automatic mode
You can set a maximum of 4 on and off times for each week day. The fan automat‐
ically turns on and off at the set times.
