PRELOAD OF THE EXPANSION TANK
For the preload of the expansion tank follow these steps:
Disconnect the power supply
Empty the expansion tank completely supplying water.
With the use of a compressor and a tire gun, bring the tank preload pressure to 0.1 MPa.
Put the machine in the original position and connect the power plug.
5.5
EQUIPMENT SANIFICATION
Run the machine sanitation before each filter change, and in any case at intervals not
exceeding 6 months.
Run also sanitizes after prolonged disuse of the machine and at the first starting.
All sanitation operations must be performed by qualified personal.
Use extreme caution in the use and dosage of chemicals.
Use protective clothing to the skin, hands and eyes as shown in the safety data sheet
of chemicals used.
Close the mix valve on the front of the machine and fill a tank with 10 liters of osmotic
water.
Add hydrogen peroxide 10 vol (3%) to achieve a concentration of 0.2% by weight:
dose 650 ml of hydrogen peroxide at 10 volumes per 10 liters of osmotic water or
dose 250 ml of hydrogen peroxide at 24 volumes per 10 liters of osmotic water or
dose 180 ml of hydrogen peroxide at 36 volumes per 10 liters of osmotic water or
dose 50 ml of hydrogen peroxide at 130 volumes per 10 liters of osmotic water.
Close the water intake valve and disconnect the water intake pipes, drain and permeated
by the machinery, put a bridge on the low pressure switch.
Connect the water pipes of entry, drain and permeated by the machine at the tank.
Slightly open the mixing valve, turn the machine on and recirculate the sanitizing solution
for at least 10 minutes.
Turn off the machine and wait 10 minutes until the solution act.
Reconnect the pipes of drain and permeate, previously unplugged by the machine.
Turn on the machine and deliver up to empty the tank of the sanitizing solution.
Replace the filter and reconnect the minimum pressure switch.
Turn on the machine and deliver water for at least 10 minutes to drain any residual
sanitizing solution from the machine.
In the event of system resting up, carry out the standard sanitation cycle § 5.5.
Disconnect hydraulically the system and keep it away from frost or excess heat,
every 6 months of stopping you must carry out a new disinfection cycle.
