Problem:
The machine produces little water, the dishwasher indicates alarm.
Cause
Solution
Clogged filter.
Check the pressure downstream of the filter, if clogged, replace it.
Damaged pump.
Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact service.

Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact service.
Clogged solenoid valve.
Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact service.
Problem:
Treated water has an unpleasant taste.
Cause
Solution
Used up filter.
Replace the filter, and then perform loading and unloading the dishwasher
tank twice.
Bacterially contaminated
equipment.
Contact assistance service to perform the sanitization of the equipment.
Problem:
With the dishwasher switched off, the machine starts for few seconds.

The check valve is faulty.

Leak in hydraulic circuit.

Problem:
With dishwasher in loading phase, with display on, the osmosis doesn’t
start.

Solution
Incorrect connections.
The in/out links were inverted.
Maximum pressure switch, or
wiring failure.
Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact service.
Problem:
When the dishwasher is not loading water, osmosis doesn’t stop.
Cause
Solution
Maximum pressure switch, or
wiring failure.
Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact service.
Incorrect connections.
The in/out links were inverted.
Problem:
With the valve opened, the machine operates in a discontinuous way, going
by in fits and starts.
Cause
Solution
Maximum pressure set at too
low a pressure.
Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact service.
Bended/crushed pipe.
Make sure that inlet water pipes are not bended or crushed.
Problem:
Pressure too low.
Cause
Solution
Preload too low.
Run the preload of the expansion tank.
Calibration of high
pressure switch too low.
Disconnect the plug, open totally the MIX valve and contact
service.
