7. By disengaging the throttle latch in order to the chock is opened.
Pull the starter handle with your right hand and pull out the starter
cord rapidly until the engine starts.
8.Pulling the front hand guard back towards the front handle. The
chain saw is now ready for use.
NOTE
When restarting immediately after stopping the engine, leave the choke knob at
the open position.
WARNING
Do not start the engine while handing the chain saw with a hand. The
saw chain may touch your body. It is very dangerous.
Winter use
The intermediate wall is designed so it can be adjusted for
running in cold weather, so that preheated air from the cylinder can
pass into the carburettor space preventing icing of the air filter, etc.
