WARNING
Risk of injury, risk of damage!
Be aware of the weight of the device
during transportation.
Stow or secure the device in accor-
dance with the applicable guidelines so
that it does not slide or jostle around
during transport.
1. Switch off the device.
2. Fit the protective cap to the device.
3. Stow or secure the device so that it
does not slide or jostle around in the
vehicle when accelerating, braking,
cornering or in the event of an acci-
dent.
Storage
ATTENTION
Improper storage
Damage to the device and battery
Do not store the device in the vehicle
for a long period of time.
1. Switch off the device at the power
switch.
2. Clean the device (see chapter
Cleaning the device ).
3. Attach the protective cover.
4. Store the device within the permitted
ambient temperature (see chapter
Technical data ).
5. If the device is in storage for a long
period of time (e.g. over the summer
months), fully charge the battery
(see chapter
Battery charging ).
Care and service
The device is maintenance-free, so it is
not necessary to carry out regular
maintenance work.
