Then (within 30 seconds), press the key combination below on the remote
control to activate the handheld transmitter's synchronisation mode. The
red LED light on the top left of the remote control starts flashing.

Release the keys. If the green LED light on the communication board is
continuously lit and the red LED light on the remote control is no longer lit,
the remote control has been successfully paired.

CAUTION!
Synchronisation is broken in the following cases:

The remote control is more than 10 metres away from the
fireplace.

The batteries are removed from the remote control (e.g. to
replace them).

There is a power failure and/or failure of the communication
board.
In all cases, synchronisation will automatically recover if the described
situations are restored.
