when the Fairo
is ignited?

Measure the gas
pressure and check
the pipes for
obstructions.
Everything OK?

Check if the ceramic logs,
chips and stones are
positioned correctly and
that the distance between
the ignition pin and the
burner is 4-5 mm.
Ensure the pin is not covered, so
the flame can heat the pin. If the
Fairo only extinguishes after a
while, ensure the restrictor plate is
correctly set. Check recirculation.
Does the flame
touch the ionisation pin
at the moment an error
message is given?

Check if the earth, phase
and zero are present. The
electronics will not work on
a 2-phase network or
without an earth. Turn the
plug. The Fairo is phase
sensitive. Is it correctly
connected?
Is the ignition cable loose?
Automatic burner faulty?
Gas block
faulty?
Ensure this is correctly connected by
an electrician. Use a prepared
separation transformer (ygas2100) to
make a 2-phase network or
a 1-phase network.
Measure the gas
block V1 and V2.
