Check sensor cable is securely
connected inside instrument.
Check instrument electronics with

Exchange sensor.

Sensor reading under-
range.
Sensor current signal
< 4mA.
Sensor element open
circuit.
Check instrument electronics with
4-20mA source.
Exchange sensor.

Sensor reading over-
range.
Sensor current signal >

Sensor element short
circuit.
Sensor may have been exposed
to saturation conditions or liquid
contamination. Check that filter and
sensor guard are clean and dry.
If liquid water has contacted sensor,
or sensor block, then disassemble
and dry thoroughly. After drying, it
is recommend to purge assembled
instrument with very dry (-103°Fdp
(-75°Cdp) / 1ppm
