Playing DVD Video Discs
Changing the Angle [ANGLE]
Some discs, such as those of live concerts, include video footage taken from several angles (multi-angle) on the same
disc. For discs that use this function, you can select the viewing angle you wish to use.

While playing a DVD Video that uses multi-angle

Press [ANGLE].

Press [ANGLE], or press

to select the camera angle you wish to use.
• Each press of the button changes the angle.
Example:

A-B Repeat Playback
You can repeat a specified section you want to watch.
■
While a DVD Video disc is playing

Press [REPEAT A-B] at the starting point of the section you want to repeat.
REPEAT A- appears in red, and the A-B Repeat start point is stored.

Press [REPEAT A-B] again at the finish point of the section you want to repeat.
REPEAT A-B appears in red, and the A-B Repeat finish point is stored.
• Repeat playback of the section between A and B begins.
• You can also use
¡
(Fast forward) to search for point B.
Cancelling A-B Repeat Playback
• You can cancel A-B repeat playback by pressing [REPEAT A-B].
• If you perform an operation that goes beyond point B (skipping ahead to the next chapter, etc.), A-B repeat playback
is cancelled. Or you can press

(Stop) to cancel it.
It is also cancelled if you open the disc tray or switch the power off.

Press [ENTER].
The Angle on screen display disappears from the TV screen.
• If you do not perform any operations for 10 seconds or more, the display automatically goes out.
If
is displayed when you press a button
The scene being played does not include any multi-angle information.
