5. Display images from cameras
Streamproducer can record and cast live images from cameras. First you must connect Streamproducer (your
PC) with GY-DV300U DV CAMCORDER. Up to four cameras can be connected at a time, each camera’s
image is shown on its own video display window.
5-1. Connect with cameras
(1) Click [Camera] button on the video display window indicating “No Setting”.
(2) The camera setting dialog box appears.
Enter the camera’s IP address and click [OK].
(You can also invoke the camera setting dialog by choosing [Connect to a Camera] from [Menu] button.)
(3) There click on the [Detail] button of the camera setting dialog and specify the port number for the camera
and for Streamproducer.

It is necessary to specify the port number if there are network devices like rooters between the camera’s
network pack and Stremproducer. Ask your network administrator for more detail.

You do not need to specify the port number if you connect the camera, KA-DV300U directly to
Streamproducer in the same condition that you bought them.

Port Number [Camera] Enter the port number specified on the NETWORK PACK
Command :
Enter the port number for RTSP connection (TCP). This number is specified on the NETWORK PACK.
You can not connect with the DV CAMCORDER if you enter the different port number from that specified on
the NETWORK PACK.
HTTP :
Enter the port number for HTTP connection.
This number is used when the Stremproducer opens the WEB page for NETWORK PACK setting.
For the confirmation of the number specified on the NETWORK PACK, please read the User's Guide of
KA-DV300U NETWORK PACK, "NETWORK PACK SETUP" page.
Port Number [Streamproducer] Enter the port number of the PC
Command:
Enter the port number for RTSP connection (TCP).
Enter the port number of Streamproducer to send the RTSP commands to the NETWORK PACK.
Data:
Enter the port number for RTSP connection (UDP)
Enter the port number of Streamproducer to receive video data from the NETWORK PACK.
Click [OK] button when you finished setting.
(4) Camera Name dialog appears.
The host name of the camera is shown as the Camera Name.
If you do not specify the host name, Camera Name "none" is appears
Enter the camera name and click [OK] button.
Streamproducer makes the folder by this Camera Name and stores recorded images in the folder.
