5 Permanent settings in programming mode
You selected the language when the machine was used for the first
time. You can change this setting.
Example : To change the language from ENGLISH to DEUTSCH, pro-
ceed as follows.
Precondition : Your IMPRESSA is ready for operation.

Open the cover of the programming buttons.
O T
Press the P button until WATER HARDNESS appears.
T
Press the + or - button several times until LANGUAGE
ENGLISH is shown.
O T
Press the P button to enter the programme item.
LANGUAGE ENGLISH

Press the + or - button several times to select the language,
for example SPRACHE DEUTSCH.

Press the P button to confirm the setting.
GESPEICHERT appears briefly on the display.

Press the exit button to exit programming mode.
Your IMPRESSA is once more ready for operation.
You can change the unit of the amount of water from ‘ml’ to ‘oz’ and
the time format to ‘24 HRS’ or ‘AM/PM’ in the FORMAT programme
item.
Example : To change the unit for the amount of water from ML to
OZ, proceed as follows.
