Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-
ing information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unneces-
sary costs.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Incorrect repairs are dangerous.

Repairs to the appliance should only be carried out by trained specialist
staff.
▶
Only use genuine spare parts when repairing the appliance.
▶
If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced with a
special connection cable, which is available from the manufacturer or his
Customer Service.
Malfunctions
Fault Cause Troubleshooting
The appliance is not work-
ing.
No displays light up. The mains plug has not been
inserted properly.

Check whether the mains plug for
the power cord is fully inserted into
the socket.
2.
Check whether the appliance plug
for the power cord is fully inserted
into the rear of the appliance.
Fuse has been tripped.

Check the fuses.
The power has failed.

Check whether the power is on.

Place ice packs (if available) on the
frozen food.
The appliance is not cooling,
the displays and lighting
light up. Showroom mode is switched
on.

ended, the appliance switches to
normal operation.
The LED lighting does not
work. Different causes are pos-
sible.

Call customer service.
The customer service number can
be found in the enclosed customer
service directory.
The refrigeration unit is
switching on more fre-
quently and for longer. The appliance has been
opened frequently.

Do not open appliance door unne-
cessarily.
The exterior ventilation
grilles are blocked.
▶
Remove any obstructions from in
front of the exterior ventilation
grilles.
