Diagonal lift
Work only with the diagonal muscles
down the side of your body, below the
ribs. Keep your head on the headrest and
your knees bent, and turn them to one
side. Carefully lift your head and
shoulders and bend your chest forward
until your shoulders leave the floor.
Breathe in as you tighten your abdominal
muscles and lift, and breathe out on the
way down. Repeat.
MAINTENANCE
Cover the headrest and protective foam with a towel during exercising or wipe them after use to prevent
damage from sweat.
Clean with a sponge and soapy water. Wipe with a dry cloth.
