4-3. Adjusting the amount of oil in the hook
Adjust the amount ol usng adjustng screw

. Turn screw

clockwse to ncrease the amount of ol
in the hook or counterclockwise to decrease it. Measure the amount of oil in five seconds. When the
amount of ol s excessvely decreased, break-down wll be caused. So, be careful.

Swtch "off" the motor.
Use DPx5 needles.
) Turn the handwheel untl the needle bar has
come up to the hghest pont of ts stroke.
2) Loosen needle clamp screws

3) Insert the needles nto the needle clamp as
far as they wll go.
4) Tghten needle clamp screws
