, single-member company, having its registered office in Via Massimo
D’Antona 28, 60033 Chiaravalle (AN), guarantees this product for a period of 24 months
from the date of delivery.
The consumer shall have the rights, provided by the applicable national laws, ruling the
sales of consumer goods. This warranty shall leave such rights unaffected.
To require intervention during warranty period, the purchaser, as soon as detecting the
flaw, must contact the retailer/local importer by written means or over the telephone.
In order to obtain assistance during the warranty period, it is necessary to return the
faulty product to the retailer/local importer, together with the warranty slip, duly and
thoroughly filled out, the purchase invoice and delivery note (purchase receipt, invoice
or receipt, bill of lading).
However, the warranty slip alone does not replace in any way the document, proving the
delivery date of the product.
Note: any attempt of repairing, recovering or changing the product, beyond
the provisions of the user’s manual, by an individual, not authorized by the
seller, shall invalidate the warranty.
We recommend to carefully and thoroughly read the instructions manual of
the product.
