Enter the user data in the following order: user number; gender; age; height.
When all the data are entered, “0.0kg” reappears on the display.
Setting the user number:
Setting the gender and athlete
(male or female, or male athlete or female athlete)
Age: between 10 and 85 years old
Height: between 60 and 220 cm
After entering all the data, set weight calculation mode and stand on the scales to weigh yourself. When the
weight is stabilized on the display, the data associated with the user’s body fat, water, muscle and bone appear
in the lower part of the display (as shown below).
