In order to obtain assistance during the warranty period, it is necessary to return the faulty product to the retailer/local importer,
together with the warranty slip, duly and thoroughly filled out, the purchase invoice and delivery note (purchase receipt, invoice or
receipt, bill of lading).
However, the warranty slip alone does not replace in any way the document, proving the delivery date of the product.
Note: any attempt of repairing, recovering or changing the product, beyond the provisions of the user’s manual, by an
individual, not authorized by the seller, shall invalidate the warranty.
We recommend to carefully and thoroughly read the instructions manual of the product.
