In the case of electrical equipment, this equipment must be packed in an antistatic bag before
returning it to a Jotron agent or distributor.
Service agent obligations during a warranty claim:
•
Supply a replacement product from own stock, if available.
•
When agreed, will return the defective product to Jotron.
•
When applicable, ensure that all electronic equipment is shipped individually in an antistatic bag or is covered
with a Jotron plastic cover.
8.2 Service
All services such as installation, maintenance or replacement must by done by an authorized Jotron service agent.
Improper maintenance may destroy the functionality and/or performance of this product
Jotron does not accept any responsibility for the dismantling or reassembling of a Phontech 6202
that occurs externally from a Jotron authorized facility and/or is handled by someone other than an
authorized, trained and certified person.
