Changing the inductor head (spare part)
When using the induction heater the inductor
gets worn, and it can therefore be replaced .
Handle

Pull out the main supply cable .

Unscrew the inductor head from the
handle by hand .
Contact surfaces
WARNING!
The inductor may be hot .
Risk for burning injuries .
NOTE:
Use only copper paste .
Don’t use any grease or oil .
NOTE:
Only use an inductor head
supplied by JOSAM AB .
O-ring gasket

Check that all contact surfaces are
undamaged and clean . If necessary,
clean the contact surfaces with very fine
emery cloth .

Grease the thread of the inductor
handle, using copper paste .

If needed, change the O-ring gasket on
the inductor head .

Replace a new inductor head onto
the handle by tenderly tightening the
inductor head by hand .
