Induction Heater JH400

Changing the field amplifier (spare part)

1 

Remove the screw that holds the cover .

2 

Use a screw driver to carefully lift the  

 

cover from the induction head .

3 

Remove the cover (A), keep track of the  

 

silicon washer that either sticks to the  

 

field amplifier or to the cover (B).

4 

Remove the field amplifier by twist and  

 

lift it away from the induction head .

NOTE:  

Before doing any repair of the 

unit, disconnect the power supply 

by unplugging the power cord .
