OPERATION WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL
Insert the batteries into the remote control, observing the polarities indicated. Use only
AAA 1.5V batteries.
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Remove the batteries if the remote control is not used for a month or longer.
Do not try to recharge the batteries. Replace all batteries at the same time.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
FOR OPTIMUM OPERATION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL, POINT THE TRANSMITTER HEAD
TOWARDS THE RECEIVER LOCATED ON THE AIR CONDITIONER.
Power on and off
When the unit is connected, press the “POWER” button to turn on the device. Press the
“POWER” button once again to turn off the unit.
Mode selection
Press the buttons relating to the various modes:
“COOL” (COOLING)
“DEHUM” (DEHUMIDIFICATION)
“FAN” (VENTILATION)
Fan speed
Press the “HIGH” or “LOW” button to adjust the fan speed.
When the unit is in “DEHUM” mode, the fan speed cannot be changed.
Temperature setting
When the unit is in “COOL” mode (COOLING) it is possible to select the desired tempe-
rature.
Press “UP / DOWN ARROW” to select the desired temperature setting.
Automatic ignition
press the “TIMER” button when the unit is off to set the automatic switch-on timer.
