Operating Cannon on the Humminbird Control Head
Display Fish Hawk Data
(Fish Hawk X4D Bluetooth System required)
When paired with your Cannon, the Fish Hawk X4D System provides the true running depth and speed of your weight, the temperature
at the weight, plus surface temperature and speed. Within a multi-Cannon network, the Fish Hawk should only be paired to the
Master downrigger. For more information, see
Getting Started: Pair the Cannon to a Fish Hawk .
Display Fish Hawk Data Overlay
SOLIX Series HELIX Series
1. With a Chart or Sonar View displayed on screen, press
and hold a data overlay to open the Data Type submenu.
2. Select an overlay position to change.
3. From the
Data Type submenu, select Cannon .
4. Select one of the five Fish Hawk data types to display.
5. Repeat these steps for each additional overlay position
you want to edit.
QUICK TIP! You can also display Line Out information in one of the
overlay positions. From the Data Type submenu, select Cannon
> Line Out .
1. X-Press Menu: With a Chart or Sonar View displayed on
screen, press the MENU key once.
2. Select Fish Hawk Data .
3. Press the RIGHT or Left Cursor key to turn Fish Hawk data
on or off.

Display Fish Hawk Data Boxes
(SOLIX models only)
1. Tap the Data Bar icon in the side bar widget.
2. Press and hold a data box to open the Data Type submenu.
3. Select Cannon .
4. Select one of the five Fish Hawk data types to display.
5. Repeat these steps for each additional data box you want to edit.
QUICK TIP! You can also display Line Out information in one of the data boxes. From the Data Type submenu, select Cannon > Line Out .
