Operating Cannon on the Humminbird Control Head
Select the Active Cannon
(multi-Cannon networks only)
When downriggers are connected in a network, it is possible to toggle control of each individual downrigger in the network.
SOLIX Series HELIX Series
1. Select the Cannon icon in the side bar widget.
2. Tap the icon of the Cannon you want to make active (1,
2, 3 or 4).
1. From the Bluetooth Cannon menu, select the Remote
tab.
2. Select Active Downrigger .
3. Press the RIGHT or LEFT Cursor key to select the active
Cannon (1, 2, 3 or 4).

Raise/Lower the Weight(s)
Use the Up and Down controls to manually control the position of the weight.

1. Select the Cannon icon in the side bar widget.
2. Press and hold the Up or Down button to raise or lower
the weight.
1. From the Bluetooth Cannon menu, select the Remote
tab.
2. Select Line Up or Line Down .
3. Press and hold the RIGHT Cursor key to raise or lower the
weight.
Select Depth Presets
Use the Depth Presets to automatically send the downrigger weight to a preset depth. The preset depths can be customized on the
Cannon. See the
Optimum Owner’s Manual for more information.

1. Select the Cannon icon in the side bar widget.
2. Tap Depth Presets to open the submenu.
3. Select one of the preset depths.
1. From the Bluetooth Cannon menu, select the Remote tab.
2. Select Depth Presets . Press the RIGHT Cursor key to open
the submenu.
3. Select one of the preset depths. Press the RIGHT Cursor key.
