Description
NO
2
recal mode
Only if you install the NO
2
Sensor
The default setting is 1 year. Use the
UP
or
DOWN
buttons to set the NO
2
recalibration
mode timer to disable, 1, 2, 3 years, or reset.
When disabled, the device does not sound
the buzzer or provide LCD and status LED
indication when the NO
2
sensor requires
recalibration.
When set to 1, 2 or 3 years, the ReCal alarm
activates to indicate that the NO
2
sensor
requires recalibration. If set to reset and you
press the
MENU
, the ReCal condition for
the NO
2
sensor clears, the NO
2
ReCal timer
resets, and the NO ReCal mode remains at
the previous setting. The timer automatically
resets if you replace the NO
2
sensor. If the
preferred time has already been exceeded,
you cannot select it. If the NO
2
sensor is
calibrated with gas through the
MENU
, the
timer automatically resets.
Alarm mode
The default setting is Auto. Use the
UP
or
DOWN
buttons to set the Alarm Mode
to Auto or Manual. This setting controls
how Alarm 1, Alarm 2, and the buzzer
alarm resets back to normal mode. For the
Auto setting, the device resets the alarms
automatically once the gas level drops below
the set alarm thresholds.
For the manual setting, the gas level must
be below the alarm thresholds and you must
press the
TEST
switch on the device to reset
the alarms.
CO zero filter
Only if you install the CO sensor
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
buttons to turn ON or
OFF the CO zero filter. When ON, the device
filters low ppm readings such that 0 ppm to
5 ppm CO displays and output 0 ppm. When
OFF, 0 ppm to 5 ppm displays and output
actual 0 ppm to 5 ppm. The factory default
setting is ON.
Note:
The zero filter is automatically
disabled when performing a CO gas
calibration.
NO
2
zero filter
Only if you install the NO
2
sensor
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
buttons to turn ON or
OFF the NO
2
zero filter. When ON, the device
filters low ppm readings such that 0 ppm
to 0.5 ppm NO
2
displays and output 0 ppm.
When OFF, 0 ppm to 0.5 ppm displays and
output actual 0 ppm to 0.5 ppm. The default
setting is ON.
Note:
The zero filter automatically
disables when performing a NO
2
gas
calibration.
